SHIPPING POLICY

LOCAL & NATIONWIDE

Free weekly Local Delivery in Lewisham on all orders made before Wednesday 12pm. All deliveries will be made on Thursday between 2 pm and 7pm. If your order free local delivery and do not live in a Lewisham postcode, we will not be able to complete your order and your order will be cancelled.

Our standard shipping cost is £4 plus £2 per item. All shipping will be delivered within 7 working days.  Most orders are shipped with Royal Mail or DHL. Free delivery on all orders over £75.

We do not currently ship to the following areas: Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Offshore, or Channel Islands.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

We normally guarantee delivery within 7 days of accepting any orders unless at the time of accepting any orders we have advised you of any changes. The delivery staff can only deliver goods where a specific signature is available, Monday to Friday and only to the address of the purchaser. We cannot:

·       leave the goods without a signature,

·       leave the consignment at an address other than the purchaser,

·       leave the goods at a business address where goods may be signed for by someone other than the purchaser.
