LEGAL INFORMATION
Ordinance No 59-107 of the 7th of January 1959 and the Law No 74-631 of the 5th of July 1974 prohibit the sale and offer of alcoholic beverages to minors and similar persons. Therefore, by filling your order form, you acknowledge that you have the legal capacity to enter into this contract.
Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health. Consume in moderation.

By using the Catford Rhum Arrangé Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Before proceeding to order our goods and services, we ask that you read these terms and conditions carefully.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Prices on this website are per bottle inclusive of UK VAT at the current rate. Prices are subject to changes in duty and VAT.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service without notice and at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. We reserve the right to terminate any special offer at any time, without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We do not warrant that the taste of our products, will meet your expectations as every season, each batch of Rhum Arrangé we produce is distinct from one year to the next.
ORDER
MINOR AND THE VIABILITY OF CONSENT
To order alcohol you must be at least 18 years of age. We will not sell or deliver alcohol to anyone who is, or who we believe to be, under 18 years of age. By placing an order, you are confirming that you are above the legal age limit and we reserve the right not to deliver if we are unsure of this.
PRODUCTS
We cannot guarantee the availability of any of the items on this website. In the event that a product is unavailable, we shall contact you to arrange a suitable replacement or another acceptable arrangement to complete your order. Please note: labels and bottle designs can change without notice and, despite our best efforts, these changes may not be reflected by the images on this website.
The placing of an order on our website does not constitute a contract which will be made when we accept your order and process payment.
EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event).
Our performance under any Contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period.
We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under the Contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.
USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS
You may post reviews, ratings, messages, comments and other content which may be disclosed, submitted or offered to us on or through the site or otherwise.
This right is extended on condition that the submissions are not illegal, obscene, abusive, threatening, libellous, defamatory, pornographic, discriminatory (based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, ‘race’, age, national origin, or disability), invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties, or objectionable. Specifically, these should not include software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters or mass mailings.
You are solely responsible for your submissions.
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to remove or edit any submissions.
If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email or otherwise, you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We are and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any comments in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for any comments; or (3) to respond to any comments.
